Weights
Use this blank template to write down your weights whenever you’re in the gym on your own. You’ll notice it also has a spot to jot down questions should they arise while working out.

Cardio
This is a basic 5 Day cardio log, designed to keep you accountable to the cardiovascular goals you and your trainer have established. You should keep it some place where you’ll have easy access to it, and show it to your trainer regularly. The car or your purse/briefcase are commonly used places.
